QUALITY
The KP 4200 sheeter is provided with a cutting block having a blade width of 4,300 mm, which makes it one of the widest synchronised cutting blocks in the market. This will allow standard cutting qualities to be obtained for the entire PASABAN range.

PRODUCTIVITY
The KP 4200 sheeter is designed to work with reels measuring 4,200mm in width and 2,750mm in diameter and allows two webs to be simultaneously cut in order to substantially increase the output of finish product. Considering that the product’s density can range from 650 to 900gsm, this demands a lot from the cutting system, whose tests the PASABAN cutting block passed with flying colours.
To this end it is equipped with:
- Unwind stands: 4
- Regenerative brakes: They increase the quality of tension control and do not require any kind of maintenance.
- Automatic web feed roller to the cutting block. This system enhances work safety and increases productivity, which simplifies the job of operators to a great extent.
- PASABAN dual-rotary blade cutting block (synchronised).
- Operating speed: 250m/min
- Bale changeover at maximum speed without sheet loss.
FLEXIBILITY
Due to its large size (4,200mm in width), the machine has been provided with automatic positioning systems so as to drastically reduce the time required for format changeover, which can now be done in 1,5 minutes.
To this end, it has the following automatic positioning systems:
- Slitting.
- Decurlers.
- Crosswise cutting.
- Overlap.
- Spacers, belts, etc. the exit of the positioning stacks being fully automatic.
