FrontPac, based in Arlöv, near Malmö (Sweden),
is one of the most complete and prominent carton and corrugated packaging
manufacturers in the Scandinavian market. Specializing in the design, printing,
and production of high-quality cardboard and corrugated packaging, the company
supplies solutions to brands across diverse sectors such as food, beverages,
cosmetics, automotive, and e-commerce. Its innovative, customer-oriented
profile, combined with a strong commitment to sustainability, has positioned it
as an undisputed benchmark in Sweden’s demanding packaging market.
In recent years, FrontPac has experienced
significant growth, requiring an expansion of its production capacity to meet
increasing demand. As part of this process, the company has decided to acquire
a new CL-165 sheeter from Pasaban, further strengthening its vertical
integration strategy. Thanks to this approach, FrontPac maintains control over
a large part of the production process, enabling it to respond quickly to
customer needs and adapt nimbly to market changes.
The CL-165 sheeter has been designed by Pasaban
specifically to meet the needs of cardboard packaging manufacturers. It is a
high-tech, highly flexible, and mechanically robust machine, built to process
very high-quality, heavy-weight board at speeds of up to 300 m/min—while
maintaining the highest cutting and stacking quality available on the
international market.
For FrontPac, the acquisition of this equipment is a strategic
decision and at Pasaban we are proud to have been chosen as their trusted
partner for such an important step.
In addition to this investment, FrontPac has
also decided to invest in the refurbishment of its current sheeter, also
supplied by Pasaban several years ago. Despite its age, the machine continues
to deliver excellent performance and will remain in regular operation with
completely updated, modern electronics.
Pasaban offers its customers the option to
modernize and upgrade their equipment—both Pasaban-made and those from other
leading OEMs—to implement technological improvements that enhance the quality,
availability, and performance of paper and board converting machines. This
upgrade capability extends the useful life of the equipment and demonstrates
our commitment to delivering durable, highly reliable solutions.
The positive experience with the existing
sheeter and the trust placed in Pasaban for the purchase of the new CL-165
further strengthen the relationship between the two companies. For Pasaban,
this project exemplifies the spirit that drives our work: to design robust,
precise, and long-lasting machinery that delivers real value to our customers,
even in the most competitive markets.
The Scandinavian market is known as one of the
most demanding in the world in terms of technical standards and final product
quality. Pasaban maintains a strong presence in this region, allowing us to
fuel our ongoing process of continuous improvement and reinforce our profile as
a leading international supplier in the paper and board converting machinery
sector.
